Sometimes life throws one of its best googlies at you. You feel defeated,deflated and give up all hopes of something good happening anytime soon.Things go wrong one after the other in rapid succession.you put on a facade for the world that knows you,yet doesnt know you.You feel that everything was just falling into place, the cryptic puzzle called life was just throwing you some very superb clues so that some parts of the puzzle could be solved.You start building castles in the air.You dream of a better life.You think that life has given you enough grief and so has decided to show some mercy on you instead.I mean,we do talk about clouds and silver linings,dont we???
But alas!It is all wrong.The chimera is shattered,the dream still stands unfulfilled.Things which you think are falling into place,are suddenly scattered all over.Life gets more cruel by the minute,at least thats what you start thinking.Why cant a carefully executed plan not work out when you know for a fact that you have worked hard to see that there are no loose ends?You then realise,clearly working hard is not enough.There is a more predominant force that exists against which you have no say.This force manifests itself in various forms,through various individuals or any other medium whatsoever.And you have no choice but to face it head on...and the mantra that you keep chanting to yourself is "This too shall pass..Life cant be such a bitch after all!"
p.s Bono sings, "I dont believe in painted roses or bleeding hearts..."Wiser words have not been said..all hail Bono!!!! Sir,you keep me going..you always have:)

expectations leads to disappointment, which leads to a lack of motivation to move on, move forward..
as cynical as it sounds, as long as you are prepared for the worst, nothing can faze you
(a bit tangential i know!!)
The post it seems was worded at a time when u were highly frustrated in life...and so it sounded quite cynical
hey lalita,gr8 to have ur opinion(like always!)..and yes it does come across as very cynical now that i read it on hindsight..but it was written in a very different frame of mind:)..and u know as hard as u try u cant think idyllic during those times..lol..anyway,keep them coming in:)
